Orthopedic Associates’ Injury Access Clinic is now available for patients suffering from acute bone, joint and muscle injuries. Patients can walk in and be seen Monday through Friday, from 1 to 5 p.m., at their main office in St. Louis, located at 1050 Old Peres Road, Suite 100.
In an effort to accommodate patients in need of immediate orthopedic treatment, Orthopedic Associates’ Injury Access Clinic offers specialized, same-day patient care without the need for an appointment. The clinic also serves as an alternative to visiting an emergency room, helping area residents avoid the wait time and higher patient traffic, where viral spread is a higher risk.
Through their Injury Access Clinic, the practice welcomes patients over 12 years old and offers a wide range of services and advanced, in-house diagnostic imaging to provide patients with an accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment for injuries that have occurred within 72 hours, including:
- Sprains and strains.
- Injured, painful or swollen joints.
- Sports injuries.
“Orthopedic injuries and conditions are painful, inconvenient and often unexpected, and we know that the pain that results from an orthopedic issue, such as a dislocation, fracture or sports injury, can be extremely difficult to live with,” says Orthopedic Associates President and board-certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ryan Pitts. “Our team feels very fortunate to be able to serve our community through our new Injury Access Clinic, and we pride ourselves on providing superior access to exceptional care for area residents.”
