I must say, from start to finish, I was very impressed with this practice. Everything was like a finely oiled machine from when I checked in until I checked out. Katie and the rest of the staff were very impressive.

My experience was excellent. I came for a cortisone injection in my right knee. I have been receiving injections from Bethanie for several years. She is very professional and knowledgeable, asks the right questions, and listens well.

Bethanie was very caring and warm to my husband and me. She explained my problem and listened when we had questions. She helped me understand my options for care in the future. I certainly felt better, if not pain-wise, at least confident that I had made the right decision regarding who would be helping me regain my mobility.

I saw Dr. Pitts for a swollen right knee and pain. We tried a cortisone shot and that only lasted for about 6 weeks. They did an MRI and that showed that my knee was full of arthritis, and it was too far gone to do arthroscopic surgery on. I elected for a full knee replacement, and we scheduled it for Christmas Eve of 2020. I was at the surgery center at 4 a.m. and surgery started at 6 a.m. He was finished, and I was in recovery by 8:30 a.m. They had me up and walking by noon, and I was back home by 1:30pm. I started therapy on Monday morning and told my therapist I wanted to be water skiing by July. I pushed myself during therapy and did all my exercises at home. It wasn't an easy road but was well worth it to be rid of the pain, popping, and cracking I had for years. I was up on water skis on July 13th. Dr. Pitts did a great job describing what was going to happen; he and the surgery center staff treated me very well. Hopefully my other knee holds up, and I won’t need another replacement, but if I do, I will come back to Dr. Pitts.

P.A.-C Bethanie Dinan was very direct and responsive, asking me questions and explaining what she saw in the x-rays of my left knee bursitis. She assured me it would heal without danger of infection relating to my diabetic condition, which was a major concern of mine. She was equally skilled at describing my shoulder injury and prescribing therapy that has let it heal well. I recommend her and your office with confidence.
