I had a follow-up appointment with Andrea for my spinal injection. Nothing has changed, as I have posted in other reviews regarding this office. Andrea was friendly and genuinely caring and wanted to understand and help with my issue. I never felt rushed, and I didn't leave with unanswered questions. I cannot say enough good things about this visit. I would give her ten stars if I could. If you need orthopedic care, this is where you need to be. This staff goes above and beyond to get you what's required. Make a call to this office; it will be the best choice you can make. Thank you, Dr. O'Boynick, Andrea, and the entire staff. Natalie is such an asset to this office as well. Thank you all for everything you're doing. After several years of nothing but going through providers, I finally believe I will have my quality of life back soon. Thank you.

My wife and I met with Andrea for my three-week post-surgery check-up. Andrea was extremely patient and thorough in answering every one of my questions in such a manner that I could understand. Dr. Nelson was very professional. He went through my MRI line by line, discussing every detail and giving his professional opinion on each. No stone was left unturned. He even asked me to follow up with him in one week and also that he would work with my neck and spine doctor, who I'm seeing next week at your facility, to solve my problem.
