I have been here twice and only have good things to say regarding the Doctor and staff like your new computer system that patients fill out. I will be back this year for my cortisone shot in my knee. I am trying to put off knee replacement till I retire.

I received the most pain-free injections from Bethanie that I've ever received. I always put off receiving injections in my left knee because they're so painful. I felt no pain from the injection in my left knee and left hip bursa. She's great. She made my day.

Andrea was very professional and courteous. She took the time to listen while I described the pain in my hip. She then told me what I was experiencing and explained things very clearly. I received an injection and started feeling some relief a few hours later. I’m very thankful for the service that she provided.

I was mistakenly left off the schedule this morning, but the ladies at the front were super nice about it. I was almost in tears as it was my birthday, and I got up early and changed plans for the appointment. I didn’t tell the staff because I didn’t want them to feel bad, but they quickly fit me in, and I was out within two hours, even with x-rays and a cortisone shot. Katie was very attentive and explained my options thoroughly. Everybody I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Nelson was very professional. He went through my MRI line by line, discussing every detail and giving his professional opinion on each. No stone was left unturned. He even asked me to follow up with him in one week and also that he would work with my neck and spine doctor, who I'm seeing next week at your facility, to solve my problem.
