I can't imagine having a better experience with my rotator cuff and bicep repair. Dr. Pitts is a great doctor and has an excellent bedside manner along with the credentials. I would highly recommend Dr. Pitts. The staff and facility are wonderful. Never outside of a hospital have I had access to an MRI, doctor's office and surgery center in one building! Very cool.

I saw Dr. Pitts for a swollen right knee and pain. We tried a cortisone shot and that only lasted for about 6 weeks. They did an MRI and that showed that my knee was full of arthritis, and it was too far gone to do arthroscopic surgery on. I elected for a full knee replacement, and we scheduled it for Christmas Eve of 2020. I was at the surgery center at 4 a.m. and surgery started at 6 a.m. He was finished, and I was in recovery by 8:30 a.m. They had me up and walking by noon, and I was back home by 1:30pm. I started therapy on Monday morning and told my therapist I wanted to be water skiing by July. I pushed myself during therapy and did all my exercises at home. It wasn't an easy road but was well worth it to be rid of the pain, popping, and cracking I had for years. I was up on water skis on July 13th. Dr. Pitts did a great job describing what was going to happen; he and the surgery center staff treated me very well. Hopefully my other knee holds up, and I won’t need another replacement, but if I do, I will come back to Dr. Pitts.

I felt comfortable with Dr. O’Boynick, we talked about my neck injury, and if I needed surgery, he told me roughly what to expect. He will look at my MRI and call me after to discuss further my options. I look forward to getting my issue resolved.

This appointment was my ten-week follow-up for knee replacement. I saw Katie, and she answered all my questions. She explained where I was at in the recovery cycle and what I was to expect. She is as pleasant and professional as can be. I never feel rushed. Katie is very personable and professional. She also did my Iovera treatment before surgery. She was interested in my feelings and observations of the treatment, which was phenomenal. I am very pleased with Dr. Pitts, Katie, Teresa, and everyone I've dealt with since surgery in July.
