My Original complaint was a right knee pain and instability, which got treated initially with steroid injection. Total knee replacement followed, in April. All the staff were pleasant and always comfortable.

Good experience. Dr. Kramer replaced my knee this year which was a success, had very little pain with hardly any pain medicine. Seven years ago he replaced my wife's hip and took the limp out of her walk which she had acquired from another surgery by another surgeon.

All the staff, from check-in to the x-ray to seeing the PA, helped me have an awesome experience. They all are so very kind and easy to work with. I am not a fan of injections and getting poked with a needle, but Bethanie gave the best injection I have ever had in more than 30 years, which made it easier to schedule my next one. Thank you.

I received the most pain-free injections from Bethanie that I've ever received. I always put off receiving injections in my left knee because they're so painful. I felt no pain from the injection in my left knee and left hip bursa. She's great. She made my day.

My experience with Katie was wonderful. Everyone I encountered, from the register, the tech, the x-ray technician, and the nurse practitioner, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. All my questions were answered, and the nurse practitioner talked with me at length about my diagnosis and what options I had for treatment. She had a great bedside manner. The overall building was clean, quiet, and very nice. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.
