As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. Check-in was smooth. When it was time for my husband to be seen, a friendly staff member took the wheelchair, pushed him, and guided me to the room. Dr. Nelson was professional and very caring. He asked questions, listened, and answered our questions.

Wait was longer than expected but Dr is worth it trust him far and way above many others. I've seen at different times in my life. It means a lot for me to say this in that I've always pushed through injuries and never let up or slowed down until the pain is incapacitating in an extreme. He understands pain.

The phone staff was pleasant and helpful before the visit. The front desk staff checked me in efficiently. Andrea was personable, professional, and thorough. She listened patiently and attentively, addressing all of my concerns.

This was my first time visiting this facility to see Dr. Nelson in his new office. The staff, including check-in to the X-ray tech, was phenomenal. The care and directions given were beyond incredible. The drive is a bit much, but it was worth it for that personal touch and medical attention. Thank you for your time and efforts regarding my medical needs.

Bethanie listens to your concerns. She did a comprehensive assessment and exam. I never felt rushed. She is professional, polite, and friendly. I have been going to Bethanie for the last few years, and I trust her level of care.
