I got excellent pre-procedure instructions from Katie. The procedure went just as it was described. My pain is improved already, and it was explained to me that this would be the case. I’ll see how the week goes. I expect it to go just as it was described. What a great relief to walk without pain. Thank you all.

This appointment was my ten-week follow-up for knee replacement. I saw Katie, and she answered all my questions. She explained where I was at in the recovery cycle and what I was to expect. She is as pleasant and professional as can be. I never feel rushed. Katie is very personable and professional. She also did my Iovera treatment before surgery. She was interested in my feelings and observations of the treatment, which was phenomenal. I am very pleased with Dr. Pitts, Katie, Teresa, and everyone I've dealt with since surgery in July.

I think very highly of Andrea. She is so heartwarming. She listened attentively to what was going on with my left knee, took notes, and gave me her thoughts on what might be happening. She ordered an MRI, which I could get done immediately, and said she would also discuss it with Dr. Mudd.

Andrea was wonderful. She knew I was afraid to get the steroid shot in my knee, so she kept talking and did it quickly. She was very gentle compared to what I had in the past. She was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Andrea was receptive to my questions and concerns about my condition. She took x-rays and explained the results. She examined the areas giving me pain and explained what could be done to relieve it. I felt confident that she was providing the best solutions for me.
