This was my first time at this practice. The staff was friendly. Dr. Nelson is always friendly, polite, and
informative about my health and upcoming surgery. I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson for about 8 years. My personal opinion is that he is the best orthopedic doctor.

I was mistakenly left off the schedule this morning, but the ladies at the front were super nice about it. I was almost in tears as it was my birthday, and I got up early and changed plans for the appointment. I didn’t tell the staff because I didn’t want them to feel bad, but they quickly fit me in, and I was out within two hours, even with x-rays and a cortisone shot. Katie was very attentive and explained my options thoroughly. Everybody I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

The medical staff was outstanding. Sent to physical therapy. Healed MUCH faster than expected because of a supplement I started taking named “Signal Active” (SUCCINATE supplement). Cut swelling and scar tissue issues by more than half. Because of Dr. F, my arm is almost right enough to pitch again. Sadly, I’m too old for that, and I’m right-handed. My left elbow was repaired, guess the Cardinals will have to look somewhere else for a left arm out of the bullpen (laugh it’s a joke!). Great experience with all the staff. Very pleased with my results.

My experience was excellent. I came for a cortisone injection in my right knee. I have been receiving injections from Bethanie for several years. She is very professional and knowledgeable, asks the right questions, and listens well.

I appreciate the friendly office staff. Katie was able to diagnose the issue I was having and made a recommendation to relieve the pain. She and the nurse who assisted me were personal, and I enjoyed talking to them. I look forward to seeing both of them at my next appointment.
