Bethanie was knowledgeable about my records and had a plan for my recovery. She adjusted my knee brace, and I left her office knowing what I needed to do to recover. Bethanie was very polite and efficient.

Bethanie was both pleasant and very professional. The last time I saw her was in 2018, so she repeated the basic information I needed to hear and described the course of action she needed to tell me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Mudd is very professional, and I feel like he takes the time to reassure me when needed and answers all of my questions. I think 100% that he has my best interest at heart and that goes a long way. I have had several other experiences with Dr.'s that I felt treated me as a policy number and not a person. His assistant Katie is phenomenal! Very pleasant, genuine, caring and always takes care of any issues I’ve had dealing with scripts with workers comp and all of the paperwork needed for my employer. I would highly recommend Dr. Mudd to anyone. My accident happened at work, but if I were to need future non-related surgery, I would come back to him even not on a workers comp injury.

My whole experience has been phenomenal. I’m very pleased with the customer service, the medical assistant, the X-ray technician, and Dr. Nelson. I love that he listened and reviewed my chart prior to arriving. Dr. Nelson also listened to my concerns and had a care plan ready.
