My experience with Katie was wonderful. Everyone I encountered, from the register, the tech, the x-ray technician, and the nurse practitioner, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. All my questions were answered, and the nurse practitioner talked with me at length about my diagnosis and what options I had for treatment. She had a great bedside manner. The overall building was clean, quiet, and very nice. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.

Dr. Kramer performed a total knee replacement two years ago. The surgery went very well. Dr. Kramer has a beautiful bedside manner; he has a very gentle and relaxed way of explaining how the procedure gets done and after the surgery stops by to make sure everything is ok. All follow up visits are fast, but he shows you what has done and what to expect.

Bethanie is always friendly and prompt. We always have a quick but thorough conversation and discuss any issues I might be experiencing. She provides the medical attention that my appointment is for and ensures all went right with the procedure.

Bethanie was both pleasant and very professional. The last time I saw her was in 2018, so she repeated the basic information I needed to hear and described the course of action she needed to tell me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Andrea saw me. She was very professional and listened patiently to everything I had to share with her concerning my surgery. She has seen me several other times, and she has always been very proficient. Andrea makes me feel comfortable with the diagnosis, and her knowledge and professionalism assure me.
