Andrea saw me. She was very professional and listened patiently to everything I had to share with her concerning my surgery. She has seen me several other times, and she has always been very proficient. Andrea makes me feel comfortable with the diagnosis, and her knowledge and professionalism assure me. I was mistakenly left off the schedule this morning, but the ladies at the front were super nice about it. I was almost in tears as it was my birthday, and I got up early and changed plans for the appointment. I didn’t tell the staff because I didn’t want them to feel bad, but they quickly fit me in, and I was out within two hours, even with x-rays and a cortisone shot. Katie was very attentive and explained my options thoroughly. Everybody I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

The phone staff was pleasant and helpful before the visit. The front desk staff checked me in efficiently. Andrea was personable, professional, and thorough. She listened patiently and attentively, addressing all of my concerns.

Dr. Kramer performed a total knee replacement two years ago. The surgery went very well. Dr. Kramer has a beautiful bedside manner; he has a very gentle and relaxed way of explaining how the procedure gets done and after the surgery stops by to make sure everything is ok. All follow up visits are fast, but he shows you what has done and what to expect.

Dr. Thomas is the best doctor I've ever had. He is charming, professional, and doesn't beat around the bush. I recommend Dr. Thomas to my family, friends, or anybody who needs a good surgeon. He is honest, upfront, and good at what he does. God gave him a gift, and I thank him for what he has done for me.
