I felt comfortable with Dr. O’Boynick, we talked about my neck injury, and if I needed surgery, he told me roughly what to expect. He will look at my MRI and call me after to discuss further my options. I look forward to getting my issue resolved.

This was my first time visiting this facility to see Dr. Nelson in his new office. The staff, including check-in to the X-ray tech, was phenomenal. The care and directions given were beyond incredible. The drive is a bit much, but it was worth it for that personal touch and medical attention. Andrea was friendly and genuinely caring and wanted to understand and help with my issue. I never felt rushed, and I didn't leave with unanswered questions. Dr. Kramer is a superior doctor. Dr. Kramer has a thorough knowledge of the subject matter and is a good listener. He's prompt in keeping his appointments and has a superior assistant and staff that return phone calls. He does excellent work.

Dr. Nelson was very professional. He went through my MRI line by line, discussing every detail and giving his professional opinion on each. No stone was left unturned. He even asked me to follow up with him in one week and also that he would work with my neck and spine doctor, who I'm seeing next week at your facility, to solve my problem.
