I was mistakenly left off the schedule this morning, but the ladies at the front were super nice about it. I was almost in tears as it was my birthday, and I got up early and changed plans for the appointment. I didn’t tell the staff because I didn’t want them to feel bad, but they quickly fit me in, and I was out within two hours, even with x-rays and a cortisone shot. Katie was very attentive and explained my options thoroughly. Everybody I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Mudd is very professional, and I feel like he takes the time to reassure me when needed and answers all of my questions. I think 100% that he has my best interest at heart and that goes a long way. I have had several other experiences with Dr.'s that I felt treated me as a policy number and not a person. His assistant Katie is phenomenal! Very pleasant, genuine, caring and always takes care of any issues I’ve had dealing with scripts with workers comp and all of the paperwork needed for my employer. I would highly recommend Dr. Mudd to anyone. My accident happened at work, but if I were to need future non-related surgery, I would come back to him even not on a workers comp injury.

Dr. Burke is a very sincere and compassionate physician who provides excellent detail and explains all the options. He also takes into consideration the individual and provides his recommendation based on proven data and best practice outcomes.

My wife and I met with Andrea for my three-week post-surgery check-up. Andrea was extremely patient and thorough in answering every one of my questions in such a manner that I could understand. Dr. Mudd was tremendous in his surgical performance, and Andrea was fantastic in providing the peace, comfort, and ease of mental anguish that often follows these procedures. This appointment was my ten-week follow-up for knee replacement. I saw Katie, and she answered all my questions. She explained where I was at in the recovery cycle and what I was to expect. She is as pleasant and professional as can be. I never feel rushed. Katie is very personable and professional. She also did my Iovera treatment before surgery. She was interested in my feelings and observations of the treatment, which was phenomenal. I am very pleased with Dr. Pitts, Katie, Teresa, and everyone I've dealt with since surgery in July.
