Meet Our Doctors

R Randal Aaranson, DPM is a Board-Certified Podiatric Surgeon specializing in comprehensive care and surgery of the foot and ankle, diabetic foot and wound care, sports medicine, pediatric foot care, and Worker’s Compensation. Dr. Aaranson earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from Temple College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, with honors including academic scholarships. He completed a two-year Podiatric Surgical Residency program at Central Medical Center in St. Louis, achieving the status of Chief Resident for his second year.

 

Dr. Aaranson is distinguished as a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His past offices with the St. Louis Podiatry Society include President, Vice President, and Secretary. His research is submitted for publication in peer-reviewed journals, and he is a frequent guest lecturer.

Dr. Aaranson is actively involved in his community as a baseball coach for the Chesterfield Bombers and Chesterfield Eagles. He is an assistant coach for the Chesterfield Falcons. In his spare time, he likes to play hockey and snow ski. He is Certified as a USA Hockey Coach Level III and played right wing for the St. Louis Grizzlies, 2008 Division B3 Champions. Additionally, Dr. Aaranson enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
