Meet Our Doctors

Cynthia D. Byler, DO, MPH is a Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Certified Medical Review Officer. Dr. Byler earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in MO. She completed her Internship at Baptist Medical Center of New York, which was followed by a Mini-Residency in Occupational Medicine at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

 

Dr. Byler specializes in a broad range of services to area employers including, work-related injury and illness, DOT physical exams and physical exams, post-offer and pre-placement physical exams, respirator clearance exam and pulmonary lung function testing, rapid drug screens and breath alcohol testing, and audiometric testing and Titmus vision screening.

 

Dr. Byler has practiced Occupational Medicine in the St. Louis area for more than 15 years and has worked with many large companies. She was the Plant Physician for General Electric St. Louis Lamp Plant for 15 years, until its closure in 2007. 

Dr. Byler is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and American College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine. She is the Former Board President of the KOAA and a member of the AT Still University of Health Sciences Board of Trustees.
